Most Asked Question: My tracking shows "USPS is awaiting item" or "Pre-Shipment" for days. What's going on?

Since our new cases are shipped from international warehouses (Spain or Singapore), it typically takes about a week for the package to clear U.S. customs. During this period, tracking may not update on the USPS website. Once USPS receives the package, delivery usually takes 2-3 days. Please note that shipping delays are common during the holiday season.

We use a reliable private shipping service to transport items to the U.S. to ensure free shipping and avoid customs fees for our customers. However, this process may result in longer shipping times.


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track all orders in one place and enables faster checkouts for future purchases.


I can’t log into my account. What should I do?

Ensure you’re using the correct email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.


Is my payment information secure?

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to cancel and issue a full refund if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.


I made a mistake in my order. Can I update it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Reach out with your updated details (such as address changes or product modifications), and we’ll update it. Unfortunately, once an order is in transit, changes cannot be made.


I didn’t receive an order confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. If you use email providers like @icloud.com or @yahoo.com, you may not receive these emails due to server recognition issues. If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact us.


When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once it has been dispatched.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all shipments come with a tracking number, which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


How long does shipping take?

Since our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. Most packages arrive within 10 days, but holiday seasons may cause slight delays.


I ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Not necessarily. As our shipments originate from different locations (Spain and Singapore), you may receive items separately at different times.


Can I get faster shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options may be available upon request before placing an order. Contact us for an updated invoice with revised shipping charges. Please note that opting for expedited shipping voids any free shipping offers.


My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Use the provided tracking number to check the estimated delivery date. If it has been over a month, contact us, and we will resolve the issue by either resending the item or issuing a full refund, based on your preference.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We take great care in packing orders, but if you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us. We will send a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund. However, we do not provide returns or refunds for mistaken orders (e.g., ordering the wrong phone case model). Reach out to us, and we’ll assist you as best as possible.
